Home » Team

The philosophy is simple:
to move, to breathe, to live the place as it is, to get out of the ordinary a little.
Small movements outside, create large spaces inside.
Retreats are not just yoga.
They have surfing, exploring, morning light in the sea, good food, chatting with sand on their feet, sleeping with open windows, diving…
Small moments that stand firmly on the ground and that remain in the memory.
The team changes depending on the destination, but the goal is always the same:
to have safety, comfort and quality.
Yoga and surf instructors, people who know the place, guides…
It is not production.
It is a collaboration of people who love what they do.
Founder & Yoga Instructor
Behind Wildgood is Mina, a yoga instructor trained in Greece and India and a deep love for connecting body, breath and experience.
Her practice is dynamic yet accessible, with respect to the needs and capabilities of each body, and aims to help people feel strong, light and alive.
For Mina, yoga is not just exercise. It is a tool for reconnecting with the self, a way to cultivate presence, self-awareness and trust in our body.
In retreats it creates a safe space where everyone can move, breathe, try and relax without pressure and without expectations.
Wild Good was born out of her need to combine yoga practice with travel, nature and experience. To give people the opportunity to get out of the familiar, do something for themselves and experience something that will stay with them.
With naturalness, empathy and clear intention, Mina guides each retreat not as a “teacher”, but as a companion in an experience involving the body, mind and heart.
Yoga & Breathwork Instructor
Alexandra is a certified yoga and breathwork instructor. For her, teaching is not just practical, but a way to open up new avenues and new perspectives on the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Her goal is to convey to people the sense of self-observation, connection, and gratitude that yoga generates, through practices that are grounded, accessible, and meaningful.
Surf Instructor
Larry is a local surf instructor and entrepreneur in Sri Lanka.
He has his own surf house, café and a brand that manufactures balance boards, while his life moves between the sea, movement and simplicity.
Surf and fitness are his two great loves and this is exactly what he wants to convey to the people he works with: the joy of movement, connection with the body and confidence in the water.
With over 12 years of experience, Larry stands out not only for his knowledge, but above all for his calmness, empathy and the way he makes each person feel safe and truly protected
It creates a space where you can try, fall, laugh and get back up without pressure and without fear.
Movement & Wellness Support
Zetta is an athlete with experience in half marathons and weightlifting, with a deep love for movement and physical well-being.
Her relationship with the body is meaningful, conscious and full of respect, which is evident in everything she does.
At retreats, Zetta is there to support the team, encourage movement, energize and contribute to the overall wellness experience.
With a physical presence, calmness and dynamism, he is an important part of the team and the daily life of the retreat.
